Happy 1st Birthday!!!

My baby girl turned 1 on Tuesday, August 18th. The year has gone by so so fast!! She is amazing and I really have no words to tell you how special she really is and how much I love her. We celebrated her birthday with a small b-day party at Nana's house. Here are a few pictures :)

Her intense eyes as she tries to mimic what I say and do.

Her baby dance.

Her curiosity.

How she lights up when she sees her daddy.

How she likes to drink from the faucet when I give her a bath.

The rare times when she says "Mama".

Wow, I can go on and on, but I'll stop with - I love HER!

Heart Strings

India just pulled at my heart strings this morning when I dropped her off at daycare. She just didn't want to let me go. This is only the second time she's had issues with me leaving her. It just tears me apart. My sweet little angel wanted to spend the day with mommy but mommy has to go to work.
